hirify.global is hiring on behalf of a premier client in the private aviation industry.

What you will do

  • Convert qualified sales leads into closed deals within the luxury private aviation sector.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-value clientele to foster repeat business.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.
  • Maintain precise CRM records and support sales tracking using Salesforce.
  • Communicate professionally via Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within high-ticket, luxury, or consultative client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work in EST time zone.
  • Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including Part 135 operations and charter platforms like Avinode.
  • Familiarity with private jet models, specifications, and flight ranges.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency transaction fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp).
