What you will do
- Convert qualified sales leads into closed deals within the luxury private aviation sector.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with high-value clientele to foster repeat business.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.
- Maintain precise CRM records and support sales tracking using Salesforce.
- Communicate professionally via Slack, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within high-ticket, luxury, or consultative client-facing environments.
- Ability to work in EST time zone.
- Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including Part 135 operations and charter platforms like Avinode.
- Familiarity with private jet models, specifications, and flight ranges.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency transaction fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp).
