TL;DR

Head of Sales (SaaS): Leading revenue growth and driving strategic brand partnerships for a social impact loyalty platform with an accent on scaling sales teams and GTM strategy. Focus on building a high-performing AE team, identifying high-value partnerships, and validating new market verticals.

Location: Remote (US and Canada) or Hybrid (New York City). Must have work authorization in the US or Canada

Salary: $380,000 - $400,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Lead sales strategy and execution in close collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Client Strategy.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior Account Executive team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships to amplify the company's social impact.
  • Explore and validate new markets and verticals for growth using data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing and scaling sales teams within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Valid work authorization in the US or Canada is required (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or social impact sectors.
