Location: Remote (US and Canada) or Hybrid (New York City). Must have work authorization in the US or Canada
Salary: $380,000 - $400,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Lead sales strategy and execution in close collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Client Strategy.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior Account Executive team to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships to amplify the company's social impact.
- Explore and validate new markets and verticals for growth using data-driven insights.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and partnership meetings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales.
- 2-3 years of experience managing and scaling sales teams within a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Valid work authorization in the US or Canada is required (no visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or social impact sectors.
