Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: $250,900 – $278,800 USD / $229,700 – $255,200 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP Sales to drive new logo growth and achieve revenue targets across North America.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and closing.
  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and referral generation as a primary hunter.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering teams to articulate product value.
  • Develop and iterate messaging to scale the outbound prospecting engine.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to building the overall sales organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience managing complex, multistakeholder, multimillion-dollar outbound deals.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas (top 10% performer).
  • Experience working for a software provider in the telecom industry targeting CTOs and CIOs of Tier-1 CSPs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the OSS/BSS space and the emerging competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with SaaS business models.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills across all channels.
