Manager, SMB Sales (Cybersecurity): Lead and scale a team of Account Executives focused on high-velocity new business across SMB companies ($100M–$1B revenue) with an accent on team coaching, pipeline management, and operational rigor. Focus on hiring and developing top talent, driving revenue targets, and building repeatable sales systems.

Location: Remote - Arlington, VA (Hybrid preferred). Washington, DC area.

Compensation: $200K – $300K OTE • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of SMB Account Executives with hands-on coaching across the sales cycle
  • Own team pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined pipeline generation
  • Actively support reps in strategic deals, unblock obstacles, and reinforce value tied to security outcomes
  • Partner with SDR, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize pipeline, demos, and processes
  • Build scalable high-velocity SMB sales processes using tools like Salesforce and Gong

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record managing and coaching quota-carrying reps
  • Experience in high-velocity SMB or mid-market sales environments
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven mindset with tools like Salesforce and Gong
  • Hands-on leadership with strong communication and coaching skills

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years in sales leadership or team lead role
  • Experience selling technical products like cybersecurity or DevOps tools
  • Familiarity with security buying processes (risk, compliance)
  • Background in high-growth SaaS scaling SMB sales motions
