What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach Account Executives through fast-paced, founder-led sales cycles.
- Drive new business growth via prospecting, consultative selling, and full sales cycle management.
- Build and refine repeatable sales playbooks and processes for scaling.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and visibility to leadership.
- Partner with early customers to understand needs and shape product roadmap.
- Scale the team through recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires.
- Foster inclusive sales culture aligned with company values.
Requirements
- 4+ years selling B2B SaaS to SMB and Mid Market, 2+ years in leadership/management.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas as individual and leader.
- Strong communication to build trust with founders and early operators.
- Experience managing competitive sales cycles with resource-constrained buyers.
- Proven in building/refining sales processes and playbooks.
- Technical aptitude for 's software; empathy-driven leadership.
