Salary: $181,500–$220,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering hand-off.
• Architect, document, and maintain a scalable design system and pattern library from the ground up.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and Engineering leads to define the product roadmap and contribute to overall strategy.
• Manage and mentor a junior integrations designer to ensure quality and visual consistency.
• Take ownership of the public-facing website using Framer, maintaining brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Create compelling marketing and sales assets, including decks, email templates, and social media content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record designing for SaaS products, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems, including components and tokens.
• Strong ability to mentor junior talent and articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in e-commerce or Martech sectors.
• Experience working in Series A/B/C startup environments.
• Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience maintaining marketing websites via Framer or Webflow.
• Knowledge of accessibility design standards.
