What you will do

• Oversee transaction processes from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and documentation using e-signature tools.
• Track milestones, enforce deadlines, and resolve risks or bottlenecks proactively.
• Coordinate inspections, title workflows, and closings with title companies.
• Maintain daily communication with sellers, buyers, agents, and internal teams.
• Update CRM records and provide status reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in real estate transaction coordination for single-family properties
• Strong familiarity with wholesale real estate transactions
• Ability to manage 30–50 active transactions simultaneously
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Daily proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, e-signature tools, and CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience with off-market or investor-driven acquisitions
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate title processes
• Background in high-volume environments like wholesalers or iBuyers
• Skills in handling title issues and lien resolutions independently
