What you will do

• Interact with potential customers to understand their needs and goals
• Participate in pre-sale activities and demonstrate Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Convert business needs into functional specifications
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 based on customer requirements
• Provide user training and ongoing support post-implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant
• Pre-sales and demo experience
• Proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Nice to have

• MS Dynamics 365 CE certification
• Understanding of industries like manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, and financial services
