What you will do

• Drive demand creation across EMEA and global accounts.
• Develop and execute global business strategies, identifying opportunities for hirify.global.
• Tailor value propositions to become the customer's top choice.
• Build relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders to secure early design-ins.
• Understand customer hierarchy, manage decision-makers, and improve hirify.global's position.
• Ensure high service levels for quality and reliability to support growth.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with technical affinity for industrial/consumer applications.
• Minimum 5 years sales & marketing experience, preferably in industrial environment or as Field Application Engineer in semiconductors.
• Technical understanding of industrial/consumer applications and markets.
• Experience promoting standard/commodity or power products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
• Willingness to travel frequently; expertise managing cross-functional multicultural teams.
