Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as trusted partner ensuring account retention, performance, and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and market share through cross and upsell
• Manage partners methodically using KPIs and coordinate with internal teams like product, sales, compliance, and operations
• Handle customer requests, roll out new services considering market specifics, and provide feedback to leadership
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers for smooth communication and issue resolution

Requirements

• +3 years in B2B Account Management, with 2+ years hands-on with enterprise merchants/financial institutions
• Demonstrable experience enabling payments acceptance across UK/EU
• Track record of top commercial performance in payments, growing revenue share
• Expertise in CSM with metric-driven approach, negotiation for upsell/cross-sell
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and multi-stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in French and English
