What you will do

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing BTCS clients across France and French-speaking markets in Benelux and Switzerland.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to support their business objectives.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the footprint and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, legal, and delivery teams on account planning and commercial initiatives.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Oversee contract execution, renewals, and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial markets.
• At least 5 years in account management, client relationship management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, specifically sell-side clients and front-office workflows.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience managing commercial discussions and contract terms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
