What you will do

  • Convert inbound and provided property management leads into signed clients.
  • Conduct high-quality sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Execute persistent follow-up strategies to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and deal progress within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Direct experience in property management sales or a closely related industry.
  • Fluent English with professional phone communication and clear pronunciation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours (EST).
  • Proven proficiency in managing leads and pipelines using CRM systems.

  • Experience selling property management services specifically to real estate investors.
  • Previous experience working in a remote sales role with U.S.-based clients.
