Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Direct experience in property management sales or a closely related industry.
- Fluent English with professional phone communication and clear pronunciation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours (EST).
- Proven proficiency in managing leads and pipelines using CRM systems.
