Executive Recruiter (AI): Leading end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite and VP positions to scale leadership teams with an accent on AI, cloud computing, and semiconductor markets. Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco or San Jose (presence in San Francisco office required 4 days per week)
Salary: $210,000 – $300,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director-level positions across all functions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies for Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance roles.
- Partner with founders and board members to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Leverage candidate networks and build relationships within the cloud computing and AI industries.
- Manage sophisticated interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop compelling value propositions for executive candidates considering startup opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of executive search experience, with at least 4 years focused on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing C-suite and VP-level executives at high-growth tech companies.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor, GPU, AI/ML, or related hardware/software technology markets.
- Experience working with venture-backed startups and understanding of startup dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to have
- Previous experience at top-tier executive search firms such as Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, or Heidrick & Struggles.
- In-house recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies.
- Experience recruiting for companies that have scaled from Series A through IPO.
- Established relationships with technology executives in Silicon Valley and other major tech hubs.
