Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own enterprise TA strategy, translating business priorities into hiring plans across functions and levels.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing TA team, coaching on proactive sourcing, assessment, and strategic partnerships.
  • Architect and implement Talent technology stack including ATS/CRM, automation, and analytics with change management.
  • Personally conduct critical senior and executive searches using advanced sourcing and closing techniques.
  • Build external partnerships and pipelines to expand reach into priority talent markets and communities.
  • Elevate employer brand and end-to-end candidate/hiring manager experience while maintaining speed and rigor.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in Talent Acquisition/People Ops, with 5-10 years leading teams and transformations.
  • Proven track record in TA technology implementations with adoption, analytics, and productivity gains.
  • Hands-on experience leading executive searches (SVP to C-suite) with modern sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional project management, root-cause problem solving, metrics-driven mindset, and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or regulated industries.
  • Background in employer brand or candidate experience transformation.
