What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients, managing expectations and proactively preventing churn.
  • Diagnose and resolve underperforming cold email campaigns, addressing deliverability, list quality, and copy conversion.
  • Build and refine delivery documentation and practical playbooks to support business scaling.
  • Collaborate with development teams on technical infrastructure and the outreach team on execution.
  • Report directly to the founder on client health, delivery performance, and systemic risks.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client delivery or operations within a growing startup or early-stage company.
  • Hands-on expertise in cold email strategy, copywriting, deliverability, and inbox placement.
  • Technical proficiency to understand APIs, automations, and data flows.
  • Daily, practical use of AI tools for operational work.
  • Ability to adapt to U.S. time zones for client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with evolving systems.
