Salary: $99,400 - $116,000 USD annually

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers for various positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create postings, and execute search strategies.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via outreach, referrals, and job channels.
  • Manage ATS documentation, compliance, and workflow for data integrity.
  • Support employer branding through social postings and career events.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements and ATS implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in professional services, nonprofit, or research
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, including implementations
  • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no employment-based visa sponsorship (H-1B not available)
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and project-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
