Salary: $99,400 - $116,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers for various positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create postings, and execute search strategies.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines via outreach, referrals, and job channels.
- Manage ATS documentation, compliance, and workflow for data integrity.
- Support employer branding through social postings and career events.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements and ATS implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in professional services, nonprofit, or research
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, including implementations
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no employment-based visa sponsorship (H-1B not available)
- Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and project-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
