Sales Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Must reside in one of hirify.global's states of operation in the USA)

Salary: $90,000 base + uncapped commission (average up to 50% of base)

What you will do

• Manage daily team operations, calendars, and resolve complex homeowner scenarios to ensure sales coverage.
• Establish monthly sales goals and monitor performance via quantitative reports and call audits.
• Develop and implement monthly sales training plans and provide coaching for Account Managers.
• Lead the hiring and onboarding process for new Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on sales-related initiatives and design call campaigns.
• Optimize existing sales processes to increase productivity and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically for telephonic sales teams.
• Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or HELOC industries (strongly preferred).
• Must obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of start.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data and drive operational improvements.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global's designated states of operation in the USA.
