What you will do
- Build and optimize automated nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows.
- Design and deploy responsive email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
- Implement lead scoring rules and sync automation platforms with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho.
- Manage and clean lead databases, performing segmentation by persona, industry, and behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and create dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure all automation activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
- Hands-on experience designing workflows, lead scoring models, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for segmentation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations.
- Availability to work according to U.S. client business hours.
Nice to have
- Certification in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Industry background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B services.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models.
- Experience integrating automation platforms with CRM and third-party apps via Zapier or APIs.
