• Solve complex challenges and ensure high-quality backend solutions
• Shape architecture, design, and implementation of Golang services

Requirements

• 1+ years managing small engineering teams (5-8 people) in fast-paced settings, preferably fintech with Go
• Strong hiring, development, performance, delivery management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technical background with 4+ years as Go developer for architectural discussions
• Experience building and optimizing processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives)
• Diplomacy and ability to advocate for team interests
