Technical Director (CTO)

⭐Muse Group is looking for a Technical
 
 Director (CTO) who will be responsible for the development and scaling of the company's technology stack in the field of products, platforms, data and AI, bearing full responsibility for all customer-oriented product development, cross-product platforms, product infrastructure and machine learning/artificial intelligence systems. This role ensures that each digital product and overall capability is production-grade, scalable, and aligned with the product strategy, while creating a unified, state-of-the-art technological foundation that supports growth, reliability, and long-term differentiation.

Location: CIS, Baltic States, Europe, Cyprus (ideal)

 ✈️Job requirements:

•  Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior technology leader in a multi-product, platform-based organization.
•  Strong background in modern web and backend stacks, with hands-on understanding of large-scale production systems.
•  Deep experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and modern deployment models.
•  Hands-on understanding of data platforms and analytics stacks, including real-time pipelines, BI, experimentation, and ML productionization.
•  Experience with C++ and systems programming leadership.
•  Experience with Real-time, audio, graphics, or high-performance application architecture.
•  AI in music tech.
•  Handson exposure .
•  Experience running organizations that own native mobile engines and standalone desktop applications.
•  Demonstrated success building shared platforms and reusable services across multiple products.
•  Experience scaling and modernizing long-lived systems through phased transformation without disrupting the business.
•  Track record of leading globally distributed engineering and data teams with high delivery and quality standards.
•  Strong collaboration with executive leadership and product organizations, translating strategy into technical roadmaps and execution.
•  Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle from early build to global scale. 
• Fluent English.
