What you will do

• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with company objectives, providing architectural guidance for scalability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multiple global engineering teams, setting goals and growth opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of products through optimized workflows and methodologies.
• Guide system architecture evolution, championing modern technologies and practices.
• Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and executives to align priorities and roadmaps.
• Identify risks and promote best practices in observability, security, testing, and releases.
• Foster a high-performance culture of transparency, improvement, and innovation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and microservices.
• Deep understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and engineering metrics.
• Experience managing distributed teams across geographies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, fintech, or platform-as-a-service industries.
• Familiarity with payments infrastructure, user-facing APIs, or developer tools.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
