TL;DR

Account Based Marketing Manager (ABM): Plan and execute integrated 1:few and 1:many campaigns targeting Enterprise Acquisition segment with an accent on multi-channel programs, tailored messaging, and sales partnership. Focus on developing custom digital experiences, coordinating events and research, and optimizing performance through data analytics.

Location: Hybrid with 3-day in-office policy, based out of Toronto, Atlanta, or New York City offices.

Compensation: $104K - $136.5K

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales, field marketing, product marketing, and demand gen teams to design high-impact ABM programs.
  • Craft tailored messaging by account and audience for new business, deal acceleration, cross-sell/upsell.
  • Manage targeted advertising, mailers/swag, contact discovery, custom digital landing pages.
  • Coordinate account-specific research, events, prospecting, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Develop future of ABM in resource-rich environment, optimizing for pipeline and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years dedicated ABM experience or 5+ years in B2B sales marketing, field marketing, ops, product marketing, or demand gen.
  • Expertise in planning, messaging, integrated marketing, ROI tracking, campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Canva, Bombora, Demandbase.
  • Strong data-driven optimization, agile leadership in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
  • Forward-thinking AI mindset for personalization, prediction, efficiency in ABM.
