What you will do
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Oversee the onboarding process and deliver ongoing product and process training for new hires.
- Review and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align lead generation and client handoffs.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze pipeline data to develop optimization action plans.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic forecasts for senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools like Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Ability to work according to US Hours.
