What you will do

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and deliver ongoing product and process training for new hires.
  • Review and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align lead generation and client handoffs.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze pipeline data to develop optimization action plans.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic forecasts for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Experience with CRM systems and productivity tools like Google Workspace or MS Office.
  • Ability to work according to US Hours.
