Salary: $160,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design from concept to execution for the Growth Team, focusing on the application process and consumer app.
• Create low-fidelity flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for native mobile and responsive web.
• Evolve and maintain a scalable, accessible design system across various surfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate data into actionable design insights.
• Mentor junior designers and establish standards of design excellence within the team.
• Implement and socialize best practices in AI-supported product development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end digital product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, systems thinking, and mobile experience.
• High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Experience planning and conducting user interviews and moderated/unmoderated testing.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in Growth, specifically with application funnels.
• Experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services.
