What you will do

• Support the administration and execution of five Regional Leagues, two Majors, and the Six Invitational.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and deadline adherence.
• Act as a key liaison between onsite staff, broadcast production, and commercial departments.
• Document, maintain, and improve operational workflows to optimize the output of Regional Leagues.
• Facilitate meetings, capture detailed notes, and distribute clear summaries to all relevant parties.
• Manage expense tracking and purchase orders for regional production partners and on-air crew.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Airtable, Pivot, SAP Concur, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse international teams and stakeholders.
