What you will do

• Build and maintain internal engineering tooling to improve builder flow and reduce friction across the company.
• Develop and operate an internal agent platform and implement AI agentic coding tools.
• Implement developer workflows, including guardrails and evaluation approaches for safe tool adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A to identify AI acceleration opportunities.
• Build measurement and feedback loops using usage, reliability, cost, and cycle time data to quantify impact.
• Create documentation and enablement materials to support self-service for internal builders.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production-quality internal platforms.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience leveraging modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code.
• Experience building workflow automation or internal tools (CLI, GitHub automation, or cloud automation).
• Ability to translate cross-functional needs into usable technical solutions.
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and self-service enablement.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal agents and operating agent platforms.
• Familiarity with developer productivity measurement frameworks like SPACE and DORA metrics.
