What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to support the growth of other engineers.
• Own the health and quality of built systems, including participation in on-call first responder rotations.
• Write architecture briefs and develop prototypes to achieve planetary scale.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to establish automated pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering (or equivalent combination of degree and experience).
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages like Go, Ruby, Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
• Ability to write maintainable code and adhere to high quality standards.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages like Go or Ruby.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud environments and CNCF concepts.
