Sr Procurement Specialist

Location: Eagle, Idaho, USA; domestic travel expected 25%

What you will do

• Own assigned indirect procurement categories, including MRO and capital spend, and develop category strategies.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects, bid events, supplier analyses, negotiations, and supplier relationship activities.
• Analyze spend, category profiles, market intelligence, and supplier capabilities to generate sourcing insights.
• Align plants, facility management, engineering, legal, and global procurement stakeholders.
• Drive total-cost-of-ownership reduction, supplier performance improvements, KPI reporting, and payment-term improvements.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, buying channels, controls, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, service agreements, and capital agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, liabilities, warranties, service levels, risk mitigation, and commercial terms.
• Ability to lead category strategies, sourcing projects, negotiations, and supplier management with minimal oversight.
• Valid driver’s license, driving record meeting hirify.global standards, and availability for 25% domestic travel.
