What you will do

• Lead cross-functional product launches, triaging issues in real-time and managing stakeholder communications.
• Develop the vision for the Secret Lair shopping experience from concept to deployment.
• Manage technical dependencies and refine requirements using TPM-style organization.
• Develop DTC merchandising strategies using data to improve site experience and conversion performance.
• Present roadmaps and data-driven recommendations to leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in DTC ecommerce, digital product management, or merchandising.
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced, high-stakes launch environments.
• Experience shipping new features and improving ecommerce user journeys.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with supply chain logistics, including shipping and fulfillment.

• Technical Product Management experience.
