What you will do
- Own and manage Team Backlog, translating features into user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritizing based on business value.
- Collaborate on product vision, roadmap, PI Planning, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies within SAFe framework.
- Drive enhancements in digital and eCommerce properties including web, mobile, checkout, payments, and merchandising tools.
- Partner with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, UX/UI, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to gather requirements and manage dependencies.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, define acceptance criteria, and support release planning and post-release monitoring.
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rate and AOV to inform prioritization and manage risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- 10+ years in Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Digital Quality Assurance roles with strong user stories and acceptance criteria skills.
- Experience with production of digital properties (websites, mobile apps, emails, social media).
- Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile SAFe, product backlog management.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, JIRA, process flow tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persistent attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify).
- Experience with content and translation management applications.
- Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of web optimization, mobile-first, and responsive designs.
- Experience testing eCommerce applications.
