Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Deeply understand student, teacher, and parent needs and advocate for user impact in prioritization and development
• Build intuitive product flows, reduce friction, and solve complex problems with elegant solutions aligned to strategy
• Produce detailed specifications for features and user flows
• Collaborate with visual designers on user interfaces and engineers on technical alignment
• Drive execution, manage schedules, and coordinate across design, engineering, and QA for timely enhancements
• Analyze data to inform decisions and work with marketing on strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years product management experience (or equivalent in product design/project management) with track record of high-quality solutions
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and user empathy for teachers/learners
• Strong project management and organizational skills for leading complex projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, open-mindedness, and positive attitude

Nice to have

• Interest in K-12 education and classroom/teaching experience
