Location: Hybrid - Onsite 2 days per week in Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA
Salary: $206,000 — $350,900 USD

What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of technical enablement professionals, setting strategic priorities aligned with company revenue and business outcomes.
- Develop and scale enablement programs purpose-built for Sales Engineers and External Partners to accelerate technical outcomes.
- Design tiered technical fluency frameworks and certification programs for all customer-facing roles in the CRO organization.
- Own the strategy and quality bar for revenue-facing content, ensuring optimization for AI discoverability and use.
- Evaluate and implement AI-native enablement tools to drive efficiency and stay ahead of market trends in enterprise security.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate platform capabilities into field-ready training and certifications.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales/field enablement or product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and serving as a strategic partner to CRO or VP-level leaders.
- Deep fluency in identity and access management (IAM), compliance, and threat detection.
- Strong expertise in AI tools and a clear perspective on embedding AI into field productivity programs.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic) and revenue tools (Salesforce, Gong).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger Sale.
