What you will do

• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across LATAM, including email, events, paid, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate partner marketing activities, such as webinars, events, and joint campaigns.
• Plan and manage online and offline events, handling everything from logistics to follow-ups.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and nurturing flows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to align demand generation efforts with business goals.
• Track and report on performance metrics including leads, demos, and conversions.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Hands-on experience with events, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
• Ability to use data to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with partners, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Location: Must be based in Ciudad de México for a hybrid work setup.
