What you will do

• Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for assigned markets.
• Optimize automated customer lifecycles, including onboarding, active, and reactivation campaigns.
• Manage and refine sports loyalty programs to improve retention rates and player value.
• Own large event-based campaigns (e.g., World Cup) across acquisition and retention channels.
• Coordinate multi-channel communications via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Perform regular competitor analysis to optimize market positioning.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong project management and delivery focus.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
• Passion for CRM and data-driven insights.
