What you will do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals, collaborating with VP of Marketing.
- Own email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, automated flows, and A/B testing for engagement and retention.
- Manage ClickUp workflows, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure proper review processes.
- Oversee digital campaigns across channels and content creation adhering to brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to optimize results.
- Act as liaison between cross-functional teams and leadership for smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with 4 years in lifecycle management, CRM, or retention marketing.
- Strong experience managing email and SMS lifecycle campaigns and building automated flows.
- Proven analytical skills using data to improve campaigns.
- Experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives.
- Availability for core business hours in CST/EST.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Iterable and Circle.
- Experience with remote or international teams.
