Specialist, Digital Ad Sales Strategy (AdTech): Developing and executing digital advertising strategies and media plans to drive revenue for hirify.global Latam properties with an accent on programmatic and direct sales. Focus on optimizing media mix across digital platforms, forecasting campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client KPIs.

Location: Must be based in and willing to work in Mexico City

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive digital media plans aligned with business goals and brand strategies.
  • Simulate campaign delivery scenarios to forecast performance and refine tactics.
  • Manage relationships with inventory and distribution partners to secure premium placements.
  • Maximize media mix efficiency across various digital platforms.
  • Maintain revenue dashboards and ensure tracking accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, B2B, and Ad Operations to reach revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Full fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Sales.
  • Expertise in digital media services and integrating advertising solutions with TV and digital assets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be willing to work in Mexico City.

Nice to have

  • IAB Digital Media Sales Certification (IAB DMSC).
  • Google AdWords Certification.
  • Paid advertising experience on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Proven success in programmatic, direct sales, and 360 campaigns.
