What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures for AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini, and LAM Dry Etch tools
• Perform preventive maintenance activities following standardized work documents
• Evaluate tool performance using SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection (FDC) software
• Document maintenance activities and assist in improving standardized work documents
• Maintain spare parts inventory to ensure area success
• Coordinate equipment downtime with Manufacturing Leads and collaborate with Equipment Engineers on upgrades

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (or 7+ years of NXP/affiliate experience)
• Minimum of 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience
• Expertise in advanced electronics and semiconductor equipment troubleshooting, installation, and repair
• Ability to read complex schematics and technical drawings
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong analytical problem solving and data analysis skills
