Hillsboro, OR, US. Work conducted at customer site; requires compliance with customer rules; domestic/international travel; potential night/weekend shifts.

What you will do

  • Gather and analyze diagnostic data to resolve complex tool issues independently or via escalation.
  • Support first-line team with documentation, pass-downs, and problem resolution.
  • Handle escalations by preparing summaries, scheduling calls, and coordinating with central support.
  • Perform repairs, replace parts, and execute maintenance during low manpower or complex actions.
  • Train customers on equipment use, routine maintenance, and procedure improvements.
  • Collect data for projects, create presentations, and signal improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with mechanical aptitude, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes.
  • Minimum 2 years training/mentoring peers and using data analysis tools (spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Minimum 1 year stakeholder management and customer communication.
  • Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook skills for problem summaries.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow procedures.
