Location: Billerica, MA, US (Onsite, 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)

Salary: $22.00 - $28.00/hour (up to $30 for Soldering), depending on experience

What you will do

• Assemble, package, and test parts, components, subassemblies, and final photonic products.
• Operate mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for quality inspection and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform rework, fault isolation, and operational tests on systems and equipment.
• Collect data, make on-line adjustments, and assist engineers in process experiments and improvements.
• Maintain records, documentation, and high quality standards in a clean room environment.
• Fill paperwork, communicate issues, and ensure product traceability.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5+ years experience in related field
• Microscope experience and manual dexterity
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and use measurement devices
• Basic soldering (fine pitch, through hole, wire for Solder position)
• Hardware knowledge: DVM, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies
• Basic electronics, math calculations, and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in controlled environment area
• Ability to train other operators
