What you will do

• Operate assigned manufacturing equipment, follow SOPs, and oversee standard work.
• Perform setup, startup, alignments, and material handling according to specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, production quality, and take corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot stoppages, conduct preventive/corrective maintenance, and escalate issues.
• Inspect products, manage waste, sanitize work areas, and complete documentation.
• Train operators, recommend procedure improvements, and participate in Kaizen events.

Requirements

• Onsite in Irvine, CA; regular attendance required.
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related experience or passed technical assessment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical field, shop floor competencies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, stand/walk, use hands/arms.
• Industry certification preferred.
