What you will do

• Review and renegotiate specialty applications for RVs, commercial, classic, and exotic vehicles to optimize financing terms.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with dealerships and internal teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end financing process, including credit analysis and documentation review.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings for specialty vehicle niches.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and volume targets.
• Provide a seamless financing experience for both dealers and customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in auto finance or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of financing for RVs, commercial, classic, and exotic vehicles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing creditworthiness and managing risk.
• Proficiency with financial systems and software used in auto finance.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Agoura Hills, CA, USA.
