What you will do

• Deliver regular business updates including performance tracking, trend analysis, and key insights.
• Translate data into clear and structured narratives to support stakeholder understanding and decisions.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, programs, and key initiatives.
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data) to translate business needs into analytical outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams.
