Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid: work in the office three days a week, flexibility to work remotely two days.

What you will do

  • Own intake and evaluation of data inputs from stakeholders including spreadsheets, files, legacy exports, and third-party tools.
  • Analyze and map external data to CRM objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Document mappings, assumptions, transformations, and dependencies for reuse.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify data definitions, usage, and ownership.
  • Support CRM integrations by defining requirements, mappings, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with engineering, business solutions, and vendors on integration execution.
  • Identify data gaps, risks, and establish repeatable patterns for new data sources.
  • Handle post-merger data activities like consolidation and migration.
  • Define and maintain CRM data standards, monitor quality, and ensure governance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in CRM and BI tools.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM data, Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data modeling, and system integrations.
  • Comfortable with large, multi-source datasets in varying formats.
  • Strong Excel skills required, including complex datasets.
  • Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Able to document processes and standards for scalability.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.
