What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, product naming, and pricing.
• Translate technical features into clear, benefit-oriented messaging that resonates with financial institution decision-makers.
• Create and refine target customer personas based on pain points and buying motivations.
• Coordinate product launches across digital channels, events, PR, and content marketing.
• Partner with the Sales Center of Excellence to create enablement materials, product demos, and sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence roadmaps based on market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing for the banking and financial services sector.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
