What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day ambulatory surgery center operations and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage, AAAHC/Joint Commission standards, and federal/state regulations.
  • Manage budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, cost controls, and overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with physician owners, the Medical Director, and the Board of Managers to align organizational goals.
  • Lead performance improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MHA or MBA preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
  • Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CMS regulations, healthcare compliance, and revenue cycle management.
  • Must be based in Boulder, Colorado.
  • English: B2+ proficiency required for effective communication.
