TL;DR

Senior Director, Data Acquisition and Partnerships (Financial Data): Develop, manage, and optimize data relationships supporting hirify.global's Financial Services and Data business with an accent on vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and ROI maximization. Focus on evaluating new partnerships, negotiating licensing agreements, and integrating data assets into systems.

Location: United States, Hybrid (preference for candidates based near New York, NY; Costa Mesa, CA; or Schaumburg, IL), remote candidates considered

Salary Range: $153,075 - $275,535

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize existing data partner relationships to increase ROI and reduce costs.
  • Evaluate and pursue new financial data partnerships to enrich hirify.global's offerings.
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, data management, sales, finance, procurement, and legal teams.
  • Oversee testing, licensing, integration, compliance, and performance reviews of data assets.
  • Negotiate data licensing agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Monitor data usage for privacy standards and implement cost management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years in data acquisition, partnerships, or similar in financial services
  • Understanding of consumer/financial data assets, providers, and regulatory landscape
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing vendors
  • Experience influencing stakeholders
  • Travel up to 15% of the time
