• Oversee General Agency operations across sales, service, and carrier optimization.
• Lead strategic agency programs and translate enterprise strategy into actionable inside-sales playbooks.
• Manage the Client Retention Team to improve retention, third-party sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct operational carrier partnerships, including product rollouts and compliance updates.
• Coach and develop inside sales and operations teams to deliver consistent KPI results.
• Coordinate across multiple distribution channels to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• 8–10+ years of experience in insurance or financial services with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record in managing general agency operations and third-party distribution models.
