What you will do

• Direct all aspects of project development from initial concept through launch and live operations.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and tracking of the development process.
• Communicate and manage expectations with internal and external clients.
• Craft and review Statements of Work (SOWs) to identify project burn and scope.
• Lead day-to-day production for cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships and provide project costings for Business Development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of released projects.
• Expert knowledge and extensive experience in Agile environments.
• Expertise in using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to direct teams in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Scrum Alliance Certification.
• Experience guiding and mentoring other producers and project managers.
• Desire to specialize in a specific creative or technical domain.
