Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO). Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week.

Salary: $253,000 - $352,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and service ecosystem for a highly scalable and secure platform.
• Lead execution across platform engineering to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with product engineering leadership to drive customer-centric platform solutions.
• Build and scale an inclusive engineering team of 30-40+ members, fostering ownership and innovation.
• Lead the strategy and adoption of AI-enabled development practices to improve engineering velocity and code quality.

Requirements

• Director+ level experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 30-40+ engineers.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in infrastructure or delivery platform engineering initiatives.
• 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Fluency with DORA metrics and engineering health indicators to assess delivery performance.
• Proven experience driving AI adoption across engineering teams to increase productivity.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to US hub locations (San Francisco, CA or Denver, CO).
