TL;DR

Engineering Manager, AI Business Enablement (AI): Building and operating shared AI platforms, governance, and workflows to enable AI adoption across business functions like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations with an accent on agent creation, workflow automation, and self-service tools. Focus on translating business needs into production-grade AI capabilities, ensuring security, scalability, and wide adoption.

Onsite 5 days a week in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Annual base salary: $250,000-$290,000. Target annual bonus: 15%.

What you will do

• Deeply understand business user needs across functions and translate them into practical AI capabilities.
• Champion intuitive, well-documented AI tools for wide adoption by non-technical users.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and productionize high-value AI use cases.
• Build and maintain golden path solutions for safe, scalable AI experimentation and workflows.
• Own AI Enablement roadmap including tool access, agent creation, orchestration, and governance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on quality, ownership, and learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years software engineering experience in platforms, integration, or enablement.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership with direct reports.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM systems in production.
• Strong Python skills; experience with APIs, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes/Docker.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication to engage non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Center of Excellence, platform engineering, or internal tools.
• Background in B2B SaaS, financial data environments.
• Java, workflow tools like Workato/Airflow.
